I graduated as an Information Technology Engineer from Anna University in the year 2012.I am currently doing my Masters in Computer Animation and Visual Effects at Bournemouth University,UK.
Surprised???
The question imposed on me quite often is, “Why did you choose animation?”This would be a natural question asked to anyone hailing from a small town in South India, with a programming background. I couldn’t give a simpler answer than to say I have always been crazy about cartoons and animated movies since childhood.
Whether they're drawn by hand, crafted by computer, these movies have charmed me, motivated me, and taught me lessons in ways that live-action films, limited by the pesky shackles of reality, sometimes struggle to do. The animated and visual effects films bridge generational differences and inspire young and old alike. It has been my dream to be a part of the team creating all the wonderful animations and visual effects.
To combine my programming knowledge I gained in my undergraduate, I decided to pursue my career as a technical artist, creating tools and software for animators.
